The short version
- Our website sets no cookies, and uses no tracking or analytics tools.

1 · Who we are
SAMT 360 — a Saudi technology solutions company based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Commercial registration 7055379783. It is the party responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2 · What we collect
We collect no personal data merely because you browse the website — what we do count about the visit is explained in “What we count about the visit” below. The only data that may reach us is what you type yourself in the discovery session form:

We neither request nor need any sensitive data: no national ID, no banking data, and no health data. Please do not write any of it in the notes field.
3 · How it reaches us — and this matters
The form on our website sends nothing to any server of ours. When you press the send button, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message pre-written from your entries, and you are the one who decides to send it.

4 · What is stored inside your browser
So that what you typed is not lost if you close the page, the website saves a draft of the form in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) under the key samt360.lead.v1.
- This draft stays on your device alone and reaches neither us nor any other party.
- It is erased when you clear the site data from your browser settings.
It also saves your display-mode choice under the key samt360.prefs.v1 — on your device alone, and it does not reach us.
Beyond that: we set no cookies, and we use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. What we do count about the visit is explained in the next section.
5 · What we count about the visit
We want to know which sections of the page are actually read, so that we write what helps and remove what nobody reads. For that, your browser sends — once, as you leave the page — the names of the sections that stayed in front of you for more than two seconds. Nothing else.
- No cookie, no identifier that singles you out, and no device fingerprint.
- We store neither your IP address nor any time more precise than the day.
- All that remains is an aggregate counter like this: “the services section was read 41 times today” — and no number in it can be traced back to a particular visitor.
- The counter lives on our server alone, and goes to no third party.
6 · Third parties

And we load nothing from outside our own domain: the fonts, images, and icons all come from samt360.sa itself, so no third party learns that you visited us.
We share your data with no party other than these, we neither sell nor rent it, and we do not use it for any marketing messages you did not ask for.
7 · Why we process it, and how long we keep it
The sole purpose is to respond to your request: arranging the discovery session, preparing the proposal, and following up on a contract if one is concluded. The basis for processing is your own request and your initiative in contacting us.
We keep your correspondence for no more than 24 months from our last contact, after which it is deleted — unless a contract between us requires a longer retention period by law.
8 · Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to:
- be informed of what data we hold about you and how we process it.
- access it and obtain a copy of it.
- correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- request its deletion once it is no longer needed.
- withdraw your consent to processing at any time.
To exercise any of these, write to us at contact@samt360.sa, and we respond within no more than thirty days. We ask nothing in return.
9 · Security
The strongest safeguard here is structural: we do not store your data on our servers at all, because the website is a static page with no database. What reaches us stays inside the same contact channels (WhatsApp or email) with access limited to the SAMT 360 team.
The website is always served over HTTPS.
10 · Complaints
If you believe we have not processed your data in accordance with the law, please write to us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the authority competent to supervise the application of the Personal Data Protection Law in the Kingdom — the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
11 · Updates to this policy
We may update this page whenever what we collect or how we process it changes. The date of the last update is written at the top of the page, and any amendment applies from the date it is published here.
